Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and optimize our email, SMS, push notifications, and automated direct mail marketing programs. Using marketing automation and CRM platforms, you’ll design, launch, and manage multi-channel nurture campaigns that convert leads, increase engagement, reduce churn, and boost caregiver referrals.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in lifecycle marketing, understands the power of data-driven personalization, and enjoys building journeys that deepen customer connections.
Key Responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize automated workflows (welcome, onboarding, re-engagement) within Iterable.

Design and execute multi-channel nurture journeys across email, SMS, push, and direct mail.

Leverage behavioral and CRM data to create targeted audience segments and personalized content.

Collaborate with Salesforce and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration, lead routing, and campaign attribution.

Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, send times, cadence, channel mix) to maximize performance.

Define and monitor KPIs, presenting actionable insights to improve engagement and retention.

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA regulations, managing list hygiene and consent tracking.

Support additional projects and campaign optimizations as needed.
What You’ll Bring

2–4 years of hands-on lifecycle or digital marketing experience.

Proficiency in Iterable (or similar automation platforms); SMS campaign experience a plus.

Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRMs.

Strong Excel and analytics skills (pivot tables, lookups, charting, reporting).

Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization; AI-assisted testing a bonus.

Strong project management and communication skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
