About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with proven expertise in SEO, SMO, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and content strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in WordPress and digital analytics tools, along with the ability to independently plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, generate quality leads, and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.

Improve organic search rankings and site traffic through technical SEO and content strategies.

Manage link-building campaigns and perform website SEO audits.
SMO (Social Media Optimization):

Develop, manage, and grow brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Execute campaigns to boost engagement, reach, and conversions.
Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads):

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and paid social campaigns.

Monitor performance, manage budgets, and maximize ROI.
Content & Analytics:

Align SEO and ad campaigns with content strategy.

Track KPIs and prepare reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.
Technical & Website Management:

Manage and update websites on WordPress (themes, plugins, SEO setup, etc.).

Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications

4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

Strong expertise in SEO, SMO, PPC, and paid social campaigns.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.

Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console.

Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML basics, and website optimization.

Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Familiarity with basic design tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
