Authority Brands Inc., headquartered in Columbia, MD, is a leading provider of home services, building strong consumer brands that empower franchisees and improve the lives of homeowners and employees. We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager level Marketing Manager to take the lead for one of our sixteen consumer brands. As a Restaurant Manager-level Marketing Manager, you will plan and execute brand marketing strategies, oversee projects from start to finish, and support franchise owners in achieving their business goals. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while leading impactful marketing campaigns that drive measurable success.
Key Responsibilities for Restaurant Manager Marketing Role
Strategic Planning and Execution
As a Restaurant Manager, you will collaborate with the Director of Marketing, operations, and the Authority Brands team to design, implement, and monitor annual marketing plans for your assigned consumer brand. You will manage campaigns from ideation to completion, track progress, and streamline processes to maximize efficiency.
Budget Management and Reporting
The Restaurant Manager Marketing Manager will oversee the annual brand marketing budget, ensuring proper forecasting, tracking, and resource allocation. You will also provide regular reports to franchise owners and leadership, highlighting marketing results, performance insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Franchise Support and Collaboration
Work closely with franchise owners to provide guidance on vendors, marketing platforms, and tactical strategies. As a Restaurant Manager, you will offer marketing support including content creation, collateral development, and campaign planning. You’ll also help foster cross-brand collaboration by sharing best practices and coordinating multi-department efforts.
Qualifications for Restaurant Manager Marketing Position
Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (preferred)

4+ years’ experience designing and executing annual brand marketing plans

Experience in franchise marketing or sales
Skills and Competencies

Strong attention to detail with a strategic and creative mindset

Ability to develop board materials and lead cross-discipline meetings

Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, remarketing, and display campaigns

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
