Key Responsibilities of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist
Execute and Optimize Digital Campaigns
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage email, SMS, and push campaigns to drive leads through the sales funnel. You will implement A/B and multivariate testing, audience segmentation, and behavioral targeting to maximize engagement, conversions, and revenue.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise
Take ownership as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build data extensions, identify trigger qualifications, and design acquisition and engagement campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Digital Strategy & Content Development
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling content and promotional strategies. Develop landing pages following best practices to increase lead conversion and expand digital reach.
Performance Tracking & Compliance
Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to continuously improve strategies. Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulations.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3–5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or campaign management

2–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Proficiency in Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager systems, CMS platforms, SEO, SEM, and CRM

Strong technical skills and ability to integrate marketing automation systems with other technologies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales and marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Medicaid or Medicare Health Plans

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
