Role Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage client relationships, develop marketing strategies, and execute projects that demonstrate value for clients in the death care industry. This role requires proactive communication, strong problem-solving skills, and collaboration with a team of marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, listen to client needs, and provide timely solutions.

Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop effective strategies aligned with business goals.

Project Coordination: Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.

Problem-Solving: Identify challenges, propose solutions, and adapt to high-pressure situations.

Team Collaboration: Work with marketing experts to optimize strategies and foster a positive team environment.

Client Education: Teach clients marketing best practices, trends, and the value of our services.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of client interactions and campaign performance; prepare reports and presentations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of client-facing experience, preferably in a marketing agency or similar environment.

Hands-on experience with Social Media (Facebook), CRM tools (Salesforce), and platforms like Sprout Social, HootSuite, Google Ads, SEMrush.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay updated on marketing trends.
