Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage the design, development, maintenance, and analytics of Harkins’ websites and mobile applications. Your goal is to create seamless guest experiences that increase ticket sales, engagement, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date on SEO, web standards, and design best practices to optimize performance.

  • Design and develop branded web pages and mobile app experiences using CMS platforms.

  • Maintain and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including budget, targeting, reporting, and strategy.

  • Launch weekly campaigns aligned with the monthly ad budget, collaborating with the digital team to track and allocate spend.

  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to provide actionable insights for improved engagement and conversions.

  • Identify patterns or issues in user journeys, flagging behavior shifts or technical problems.

  • Support senior management in developing and executing strategic campaigns to drive awareness, sales, and engagement.

  • Work cross-departmentally to intake initiatives and deliver calculated digital promotional campaigns.

  • Collaborate with IT on development projects, platform improvements, and bug resolution.

  • Adjust campaigns and pages based on comparison testing, trends, and performance analytics.

  • Maintain program and process documentation.

  • Perform administrative duties including filing, scanning, and other office tasks.

  • Ensure high standards of service and adherence to company policies to deliver the ultimate moviegoing experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or related roles

  • Google Ads certification and GA4 experience preferred

  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Analytics

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with strong judgment and discretion
