As a Senior Digital Media Specialist within the Progressive Media Group, you’ll be part of a dynamic team developing acquisition-focused campaigns that drive growth and brand success. You’ll manage relationships with media partners across OTT streaming, audio streaming, podcasting, and reserve media spaces.

In this role, you’ll identify, test, measure, and scale growth opportunities while managing campaign strategy, setup, performance measurement, and reporting. You’ll work autonomously on key accounts and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business impact.

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead acquisition-focused digital media campaigns, from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

  • Manage and negotiate with media partners across OTT, audio streaming, and podcasting platforms.

  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate creative, targeting, and inventory performance.

  • Analyze campaign data, interpret results, and implement optimizations to meet internal KPIs.

  • Coordinate campaign tracking and measurement through Google Campaign Manager (DCM).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to align efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • High school diploma/GED and at least 8 years of marketing or digital media experience
    OR

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of marketing or digital media experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in media buying and planning across digital channels (agency or in-house).

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive media rates.

  • Expertise in A/B testing for ad performance evaluation.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and campaign optimization.

  • Familiarity with Google Campaign Manager (DCM) for tagging and reporting.

Compensation

Salary Range: $72,100 – $96,100 per year
Gainshare Bonus: Annual incentive up to 30% of eligible earnings, based on company performance.
