Major Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for BJ’s Retail Media platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and accountability for key outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Engineering, IT, and UX to ensure high-quality platform implementation and cohesive end-to-end user experiences.

Utilize a customer-centric mindset to define platform requirements and prioritize features that address user needs and drive impact.

Act as the product owner for the Retail Media development pod, managing the product backlog and prioritizing initiatives to maximize value.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in product management, specifically focused on Retail Media platforms and execution.

Strong understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem, including both online and in-club (offline) advertising solutions.

Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business results and leading change initiatives related to Retail Media.

Experience working within Agile development environments and driving continuous improvement.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a track record of building collaborative relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

Proven ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to plan, develop, and launch product features from conception to delivery.

This is a hybrid role based at BJ’s Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA:
