About the Role
The Digital Project Manager will join OnBrand, American Express’ in-house creative agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, creative strategy, and end-to-end project execution across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, developers, and marketers to deliver world-class digital experiences that drive results and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage creative planning, execution, and production for digital campaigns.

Oversee projects across CRM, websites, landing pages, media, and social channels.

Ensure best-in-class execution on platforms like OneCMS, Moveable Ink, and SFMC.

Collaborate with internal teams on social media, display, and search campaigns.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows using tools such as Adobe Workfront.

Lead project handoffs, kickoff meetings, reviews, and status updates.

Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Creative or Digital Project Manager in a top agency or in-house brand.

Strong knowledge of creative production (digital, print, OOH, branding).

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Adobe Workfront, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple workstreams under strict timelines.

Open to learning new systems and adaptable to workflow changes.
