About the Role

The Digital Project Manager will join OnBrand, American Express’ in-house creative agency. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing digital marketing campaigns, creative strategy, and end-to-end project execution across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with strategists, creatives, developers, and marketers to deliver world-class digital experiences that drive results and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage creative planning, execution, and production for digital campaigns.

  • Oversee projects across CRM, websites, landing pages, media, and social channels.

  • Ensure best-in-class execution on platforms like OneCMS, Moveable Ink, and SFMC.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on social media, display, and search campaigns.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows using tools such as Adobe Workfront.

  • Lead project handoffs, kickoff meetings, reviews, and status updates.

  • Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative or Digital Project Manager in a top agency or in-house brand.

  • Strong knowledge of creative production (digital, print, OOH, branding).

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Adobe Workfront, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under strict timelines.

  • Open to learning new systems and adaptable to workflow changes.
