Duties and Responsibilities:

Guide and provide examples to other engineers on the documentation and deliverables to ensure consistency within the Project Delivery Methodology. Occasionally lead initiatives focused on improving processes and project delivery methods.

Deliver training and presentations to small to medium-sized groups to enhance skills and foster a deeper understanding across a wide range of team members.

Collaborate with domain-specific Engineers (application, infrastructure, or information), Architects, Product Specialists, System Design Engineers, and other technologists to achieve successful IT deliverables.

Work alongside Engineers, Architects, and Product Specialists to ensure products and components work together to meet defined objectives and performance goals outlined in the requirements.

Provide critical support during Solution Engineering design decisions across all project phases, including planning, analysis, design, build, testing, and deployment.

Handle broad and complex assignments with high visibility and significant risks. These tasks may be sensitive or varied and require expert judgment in adapting and applying techniques.

The work has the potential for significant impact (financial, public perception, operational, or legal) on the company. As part of the team, you represent the company’s interests on high-stakes projects with minimal guidance.

Recognized as an authority within the team for a project or initiative. You will perform moderate to complex or novel assignments independently with minimal supervision.
Must Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Strong understanding of various project delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models) and the ability to apply them effectively across diverse IT initiatives.

Exceptional documentation and communication skills, with experience in creating and guiding critical project deliverables such as Solution Architecture Documents, Project Charters, and Deployment Plans.

Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing actionable solutions to enhance project outcomes.

Skilled in delivering training and presentations to cross-functional teams, enabling a better understanding of tools, processes, and technical concepts for varied audiences.

Demonstrated collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.

Deep technical expertise in one or more domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, information systems) and the ability to assess and design complex, integrated solutions.
