Now we’re looking for a Direct Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel CRM and direct marketing strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail with creativity and precision

  • Segment and personalise customer journeys using smart data insights

  • Automate workflows to deliver scalable, timely, and relevant communications

  • Optimise performance through A/B and multivariate testing

  • Analyse results and continuously improve based on key campaign metrics

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and external partners

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, FCA, and best practices in all communications

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in CRM, email/SMS, or direct marketing (B2C preferred)

  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and Segment/CDPs a plus

  • Analytical mindset with strong testing and reporting skills

  • Excellent project management and organisational skills

  • Customer-centric, creative, and proactive attitude
