San Antonio Regional Hospital is a 363-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Upland, California. With a dedicated team of approximately 2,000 employees, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare to the Inland Empire community.
Our comprehensive nursing services include:
- Medical and surgical care
- Critical care and cardiovascular services
- Maternity, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care
- Emergency and dialysis services
- Ambulatory care and operating room services
- GI lab, post-operative care, and case management
- Cancer treatment
Additionally, we offer a full range of diagnostic and therapeutic services, including laboratory testing, radiology, respiratory care, and physical rehabilitation.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting or Cardiovascular Service Line management.
- Strong background in cardiovascular product line development, including marketing (preferred).
- Experience in strategic planning, healthcare administration, and physician relations.
- Critical Care experience is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
- Understanding of medical and legal considerations, healthcare finance, labor relations, economics, and legislation impacting the healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and the Nurse Practice Act.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Licenses & Certifications
- Current California RN license.
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification (required).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Physical Requirements
