This pivotal role involves leading and growing a portfolio of 3–5 key client accounts across cross-channel media solutions. The Director, Client Leadership will serve as a trusted strategic partner, working closely with clients and agency stakeholders to drive business growth, foster innovation, and deliver strategic engagement. You will oversee client retention, lead opportunity development, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery. Director, Client Leadership – Strategic Client Ownership and Growth

Leading Client Relationships and Agency Collaboration

As Director, Client Leadership, you will:

  • Manage 3–5 strategic NMS clients, becoming their key advisor and relationship lead

  • Build deep client knowledge to align business challenges with relevant NMS solutions

  • Collaborate with client partners and agency teams to execute growth strategies

  • Design and lead innovation workshops, roadmap sessions, and QBRs

  • Proactively address client needs beyond day-to-day tasks, offering strategic foresight

  • Champion client satisfaction with a strong focus on delivery and communication

Director, Client Leadership – Growth, Strategy, and Opportunity Management

Unlocking Business Growth and Revenue Expansion

  • Partner with agencies to develop robust growth plans for each client

  • Own revenue forecasting, net sales targets, and pipeline development

  • Leverage investment data to spot upsell opportunities and tailor NMS offerings

  • Present new NMS products and innovations that align with client goals

  • Drive “Behind the Scenes” and custom initiatives for client growth

  • Lead team efforts in crafting strategic and actionable growth plans

Internal Collaboration and Vertical Expertise

  • Own a vertical and provide insights and guidance across clients and internal teams

  • Participate in GroupM, NMS, and agency pitches and business development

  • Act as the voice of your clients, influencing product, data, and science development

  • Align with Activation, Client Services, and Marketing Science to deliver full-service excellence

  • Identify case study and award opportunities with marketing support

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all GM services (e.g., Choreograph, Acceleration, GOAT)
