Position Overview
The Director of Finance will act as a key partner to Operations leadership, driving strategic planning, investment evaluation, and long-term financial decision-making. This role involves leading a team of managers and analysts, delivering insights to inform budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, while regularly engaging with senior executives, including the CFO and CEO, to support scalable and profitable growth.
Primary Responsibilities

Lead annual financial planning for Operations, including budgeting, headcount modeling, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Develop and refine key performance metrics and dashboards to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial analyses that support capital allocation and resource planning.

Present financial results and strategic insights to executive leadership.

Leverage financial systems and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and reporting accuracy.

Build, manage, and coach a high-performing finance team.

Drive financial leadership across departments, introducing innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.

Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining detail-oriented oversight.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CFA, CPA, or MBA strongly preferred.

10+ years in finance within a high-growth, public company environment.

5+ years in leadership roles with proven success managing teams.

Experience partnering with C-suite executives in dynamic environments.

Advanced skills in financial modeling, analysis, and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.

Familiarity with NetSuite, Anaplan, and Salesforce preferred.

Ability to communicate complex financial insights to both finance and non-finance audiences.

Strong judgment, analytical mindset, and ability to influence decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $175,000 – $225,000/year (dependent on experience and skills).

Eligible for annual bonus and restricted stock unit grants.
