Role Overview
Valet Living is hiring a Director of FP&A to oversee financial performance for Amenity Services and Corporate SG&A. This newly created role reports to the VP of FP&A and will drive financial transformation, enhance planning processes, and deliver actionable insights to guide executive decision-making. You’ll be responsible for cost management, operational efficiency, and strategic financial initiatives, with direct influence on the company’s long-term success.
Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities across assigned business segments, supporting strategy, cost control, and insights.

Redesign forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning in partnership with Sales, Operations, and Pricing.

Build tools and training that improve financial acumen across the organization.

Deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations summarizing results, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.

Analyze variances against budget/forecast and provide actionable recommendations.

Partner with decision makers to drive accountability in P&L, spending, and margin management.

Lead cost efficiency efforts, including SG&A rationalization and COGS optimization.

Build and maintain financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and business cases.

Support strategic projects, corporate initiatives, and M&A due diligence.

Develop and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.

Present insights to executive leadership, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

8+ years of finance/analytics experience including 4+ years in leadership.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling.

Systems expertise with Oracle Essbase, Vena Solutions, or similar EPM/ERP tools; familiarity with Salesforce and Workday.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven success leading high-performing teams.

Excellent communication skills to simplify data for senior stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

High level of discretion with sensitive information.

Salary: $115,600 – $160,000 + 15% annual bonus target
