The Role

Peek is seeking a Finance leader to shape the strategic direction of the company. This senior role will combine finance, data, and strategy to drive high-impact projects, build scalable processes, and support executive and board-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, grow, and optimize the finance team with analytical rigor and collaboration.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and monitor organizational KPIs.

  • Translate operational metrics into actionable financial insights.

  • Build and manage financial forecasting tools and operating models.

  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.

  • Identify opportunities to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

  • Support board and executive team with strategic analyses (e.g., new launches, expansions, M&A).

  • Implement tools, processes, and systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy.

  • Support fundraising and investor relations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

  • 2 years in Investment Banking + 1 year in Private Equity/Consulting/Banking.

  • 3–8 years of in-house finance experience.

  • Startup or high-growth SaaS environment experience (preferred).

  • Strong financial modeling and accounting skills (three-statement forecasting).

  • Advanced Excel modeling; SQL experience a plus.

  • Proven M&A/capital raise/strategic finance experience.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
