Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the site’s operations, logistics, and business cycle

  • Recognize how your role contributes to the company’s success in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and business growth

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards

  • Manage daily driver assignments, dispatch operations, and truck fleet logistics

  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation

  • Oversee compliance with ATF regulations and explosives inventory management

  • Act as a liaison between management and the transportation team

  • Foster a positive and safety-focused work environment

  • Support vehicle maintenance standards and ensure DOT compliance

  • Represent Dyno Nobel professionally while engaging with customers

  • Lead daily safety meetings and ensure all drivers receive mandatory training

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of related experience

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong ability to plan, schedule, and manage logistics

  • Willingness to undergo and pass an ATF background check

  • Must be at least 21 years old

  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts and in varied weather conditions

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits (Applicable to Oregon Applicants Only)

  • Annual Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (based on experience, location, and qualifications)
