Lidl is currently hiring a Distribution & Recycling Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. As a Distribution & Recycling Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our stores receive the right stock at the right time. From picking products to supporting team tasks like stock checking, your efforts will ensure shelves are stocked and our customers are happy.

As a Distribution & Recycling Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:

Order Picking & Packing: Follow instructions carefully through your headset to complete your tasks swiftly

Product Handling: Pack products, including frozen, chilled, meat, and fruit items, with premium payments for freezer work at temperatures as low as -18°C

Delivery Preparation: Ensure deliveries are properly stacked and secure

Damage Reporting: Report any damaged items to your manager for resolution

Independent Order Fulfillment: Work through your orders autonomously to meet goals and targets
