Essential Duties

Marketing and Sales Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the effectiveness of marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Partner with sales teams to understand their needs and create tools, resources, and training programs to improve their effectiveness.

Project Management

  • Lead and oversee marketing and sales enablement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and compliance, to facilitate seamless project implementation.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.

Data Management and Integration

  • Work closely with data teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing and sales data.
  • Manage data integration from multiple sources, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and third-party providers.
  • Perform data quality checks and implement processes to maintain data hygiene.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Facilitate regular meetings and presentations to share insights, updates, and recommendations.
  • Serve as a bridge between business units to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing and sales initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, marketing, sales enablement, or a related role within asset management or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Estimated Compensation

Desired Qualifications

  • Base Salary: For a New York-based position, the expected salary range is $130K–$160K (base salary only).
  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for consideration for an annual discretionary bonus.
