Role Overview
The District Loss Prevention Manager (DLPM) plays a critical role in safeguarding company assets, ensuring profitability, and enhancing the customer experience. This position leads 7–12 Loss Prevention Associates across multiple store locations, driving shrinkage reduction strategies, overseeing investigations, and mentoring your team for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-unit Loss Prevention team of 7–12 associates.

Conduct theft investigations, identify shrink control gaps, and implement solutions.

Partner with district and store management to prioritize shrink reduction initiatives.

Deliver Loss Prevention training and orientation programs; provide ongoing developmental coaching.

Recruit, interview, and hire Loss Prevention staff to maintain a strong team.

Collaborate with store operations and law enforcement to ensure compliance and effective asset protection.

Uphold company values including Customer Service, Diversity, Safety, and Legal Compliance.
Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of multi-unit Loss Prevention management experience.

Demonstrated ability to partner with operations leaders to drive shrink reduction.

Knowledge of dynamic Loss Prevention methods, shrink strategies, and retail operations.

Strong management, supervisory, investigation, and interviewing skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive starting salary: $83,100–$106,000/year.
