What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturer’s Representative, you’ll be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory, primarily covering the San Antonio, TX area. This includes maintaining relationships with an existing network of distributors while also prospecting for new business opportunities by calling on end-users such as hospitals, universities, and restaurants. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular sales visits to current accounts and generating new leads.

  • Collaborating professionally with colleagues to foster a productive and positive work environment.

  • Assessing customer needs and business opportunities, offering solutions across service, pricing, product quality, and representation.

  • Bridging customer requirements with market insights to identify motivations and deliver value-added solutions.

  • Gathering and sharing competitive and market intelligence relevant to Dart’s product offerings.

  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries related to service, quality, or pricing in a timely and systematic manner.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activities in a CRM system and participating in trade shows, industry events, and internal meetings as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of outside sales experience in the food service industry, paper distribution, or a related field involving B2B sales of products or services (a combination of education and experience will be considered)

  • Residency within the San Antonio, TX metropolitan area

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
