District Talent Manager – Position Overview
As a District Talent Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in managing talent strategy across several districts in your assigned region. You’ll oversee the full employee lifecycle—including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and development—ensuring our teams are prepared for success. Reporting to the Regional Talent Manager, you’ll partner closely with District Managers to ensure staffing readiness and support operational excellence. Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

1–2 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, training, or operations

Proven leadership skills in building and developing high-performing teams

Strong passion for mentoring, coaching, and growing talent

Proficient in social media recruiting and networking strategies

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Experience using ATS and HRIS systems

Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR check

At least 3 years of driving experience and current auto insurance required
