About the Role
We are seeking a Division Finance Manager (DFM) to lead financial planning, analysis, and capital management for a $300–$400 million operation. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you’ll drive performance, analyze trends, implement best practices, and collaborate with leadership to achieve financial and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance Leadership – Provide insights, develop solutions, and advise senior leadership.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) – Track financial performance, lead budgeting, and report results.
Operational Analytics – Identify trends, drive efficiencies, and optimize key performance metrics.
Growth Strategy – Forecast growth, analyze markets, and manage new clinic investments.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
2+ years of experience in a multi-site organization
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills
Expert in Microsoft Excel; advanced PowerPoint skills
Proven ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and drive results
Up to 15% travel required
