Position: Product Manager for Dosage Form Solutions (DFS) – Remote (East Coast Preferred)
Location: Morristown, New Jersey (Remote)
At Lonza, a global leader in life sciences, we’re seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our health ingredient portfolio. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive strategic decisions, enhance product value, and propel our division towards global leadership in health and wellness. As Product Manager, you’ll shape the roadmap for growth, forge partnerships, and unlock new markets to drive profitability and advance our mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment and support for key initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and industry partners.

Implement effective product lifecycle management strategies to boost product performance and market potential.

Develop a data-driven roadmap based on market research and competitor analysis.

Manage the P&L, focusing on revenue, profitability, and market share.

Identify and execute cost-reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards.

Lead market penetration and growth strategies for health ingredients.

Coordinate product launches to generate excitement and drive market adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:

3-5 years of product management and P&L management experience.

Strong ability to communicate product vision and align with company goals.

In-depth understanding of market and customer needs.

Proficient in product development processes from ideation to launch.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Data-driven decision-making and experience with tools like Power BI, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Finance, Chemistry, Pharma, Nutrition, or related fields.
