Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Drain Service Consultant to join our team. You will diagnose and repair residential drain systems—from sinks to sewer lines—while educating customers to make confident decisions. This role is perfect for a hands-on plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship and has proven drain experience.
Key Responsibilities

Trusted Advisor: Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems; educate customers on their options.

Master Drain Expertise: Perform diagnostic repair and drain cleaning for sinks, bathtubs, and sewer lines; ensure code compliance.

Mentorship: Train and support coworkers, helping develop team expertise.

Champion Standards: Maintain organized job sites, uphold company policies, and deliver guaranteed quality workmanship.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of proven drain experience (jetting experience a plus)

Skilled in diagnostic repair and drain cleaning

Strong communicator; comfortable with iPad-based service software

Self-motivated individual contributor and effective team player

Deep knowledge of local plumbing codes and on-the-job applications
Physical Requirements

Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting

Lift and move up to 50 lbs

Work at heights using ladders, stairways, or scaffolding with fall protection

Ability to work in all weather conditions with proper PPE

Must speak English and communicate clearly
