About the Job
The Driver provides safe, reliable transportation for students at the College Internship Program in Lee, MA. This part-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Director and plays a vital part in supporting students’ success and independence by transporting them to college, internships, appointments, and housing.
A Day in the Life

Transport students safely to and from classes, internships, appointments, and apartments.

Follow transportation schedules provided by the administrative team.

Report vehicle repair or safety issues promptly.

Provide additional transportation support as needed.

Maintain professionalism, empathy, and awareness when working with students and families.
What We’re Looking For
-
1+ years of related driving experience.

Valid driver’s license (required).

Ability to use GPS technology.

Experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or learning differences (preferred).

Strong communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
