Position Details

• Location: Crossdock at 5340 Brisa St, Livermore, CA 94550

• Territory: Intrastate routes within California (overnight travel possible)

• Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5 days/week), start time between 12 AM–4 AM

• Shifts: Typically 8–10 hours per day, 40 hours/week, with overtime opportunities

• Equipment: Doubles and triples preferred; well-maintained tractors and 48′ trailers

Your Responsibilities

As a Mondelēz driver, you’ll ensure our products arrive safely and on time to stores and warehouses:

• Conduct safety inspections and maintain equipment logs (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.)

• Complete field service tasks including route documentation and maintenance reports

• Follow all daily assignments as directed by the Route Manager or Dispatcher

• Deliver products while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL-Class A license with minimum 1 year of safe driving experience (tractor-trailer, 18-wheeler)

• Clean driving record and ability to meet all DOT, MVR, CSA, and company standards

• Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience is preferred

• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations and temperature-controlled food transport

• Comfortable with smartphones, ELDs, scanners, and digital logging systems

• Able to lift 60 lbs frequently and maneuver vehicles in tight or congested areas

• Flexible to adapt to route changes, weather conditions, and varying schedules

• FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration required (assistance provided)
