Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 26,000 lbs.

Pick up and deliver loads, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Safely load and unload various types of cargo.

Drive safely in all conditions, including heavy traffic and adverse weather.

Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections and perform basic truck maintenance as needed.

Follow assigned schedules and take necessary rest breaks.

Navigate using maps and GPS, ensuring accurate route following.

Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery locations.

Ability to repeatedly lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.

Safely drive for extended periods.

Willing to drive a team route, with rotations as required.

Be self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable.

Excellent knowledge of roadways, traffic laws, and DOT regulations.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of 5 years of CDL driving experience.

Successful completion of a motor vehicle driving record check.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate effectively in English.

Strong attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
-
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Availability for specialty runs, including early hours or late starts when necessary.

TB Test required.

This role may be offered at various levels based on a candidate’s combination of advanced education and/or years of experience. Salary will be adjusted based on the level of the role and the candidate’s qualifications.
