Responsibilities:

  • Check in Delivery Drivers and verify their deliveries.

  • Inspect all returning trailers for condition and completeness.

  • Verify returned goods and identify damaged products.

  • Make decisions regarding the disposition of returned items.

  • Re-enter returned goods into inventory accurately.

  • Review Delivery Driver route tickets and customer orders for operations preparation.

  • Maintain accurate records of returns and file invoices daily.

  • Receive Delivery Drivers’ receipts and appointments as needed.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

  • Function as a collaborative team member and perform assigned duties to serve the company effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

  • Team player with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable performing physical inspections of trailers and products.

  • Checked in Delivery Drivers and verified customer delivery receipts accurately.

  • Filed invoices and other delivery-related documents on a daily basis.
