Position Overview
As a Truck Driver at Mortenson, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles as directed, in compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role supports construction project needs and contributes to a safe and efficient job site.
Core Responsibilities

Operate trucks in alignment with project requirements and safety protocols

Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas

Perform basic maintenance including fueling, lubricating, and cleaning vehicles

Monitor equipment to identify potential malfunctions

Follow all safety procedures, work plans, and pre-task instructions

Support a respectful and inclusive work environment, building relationships across diverse backgrounds and organizational levels

Complete all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with appropriate class and endorsements as required by law

Construction experience preferred

Ability to perform physical labor and work in varying site conditions

Competitive hourly wage: $28–$32/hour
