zTrip is transforming the transportation industry in 38+ U.S. cities with a focus on safety, technology, and customer-first service. We’re now hiring a Driver Safety and Compliance professional to join our expanding team and help uphold our commitment to safety and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce driver safety protocols across multiple zTrip locations

  • Conduct regular safety audits, vehicle inspections, and compliance checks

  • Maintain detailed records: driver certifications, background checks, drug tests

  • Investigate accidents/incidents and create corrective action plans

  • Stay up to date with DOT regulations and local/state/federal transportation laws

  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure uniform safety practices

  • Assist with driver onboarding and training program delivery

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, managers, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong understanding of DOT regulations and transportation compliance

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with vehicle safety inspections and incident investigations

  • Prior experience in a safety, compliance, or fleet operations role is preferred

  • Proficient with documentation, reporting, and regulatory communication
