Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced CDL B Dump Truck Drivers to join our growing team. You’ll support site work, grading, excavation, pipe installations, and paving projects by hauling various materials. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and has at least two years of experience in heavy civil construction trucking.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate dump trucks to haul dirt, stone, asphalt, and milling debris between job sites.

Assist in grading, excavation, pipe installation, milling, and paving operations.

Load/unload materials while ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with legal load limits.

Follow designated haul routes and comply with DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance checks on assigned trucks.

Maintain accurate logs of mileage, deliveries, and material loads.

Communicate effectively with site supervisors and project team members.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a CDL B dump truck in construction.

Valid CDL B license with a clean driving record (CDL A is a plus).

Experience in site prep, grading, excavation, pipe installation, milling, or paving preferred.

Strong understanding of DOT regulations and weight restrictions.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.

Must be able to safely navigate bridges, tunnels, and nighttime driving.

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
