Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Punctuality is essential—arrive on time and ready to work at the start of your shift.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor employees to build a high-performing team.
- Drive professional growth and development for assistant managers, shift leaders, and sales associates.
- Set clear job expectations and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Foster a respectful and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations, including quarterly reviews for assistant managers and shift leaders and annual reviews for all employees.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
- Organize and lead team meetings to ensure alignment and engagement.
Operational Excellence
- Prioritize exceptional guest service and serve as a role model for customer interactions.
- Engage with guests, respond to feedback, and address compliments and concerns.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following all safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations.
- Maintain adequate staffing levels for efficient service.
- Uphold brand standards, recipes, and operating systems, and address any deviations.
- Monitor employee performance, morale, and customer service levels.

Financial & Business Management
- Control costs to maximize profitability.
- Manage inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely ordering.
- Complete vendor orders (DCP and others) weekly or as needed.
- Maintain temperature and coffee calibration logs and track product orders and waste daily.
- Execute all in-store marketing promotions on schedule.
- Oversee new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling.
- Set and monitor sales goals to drive business growth.
- Adhere to all restaurant, brand, and company policies.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles preferred.
- Strong math and financial management skills.
- Effective written communication abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and make accurate change.
