E-Commerce Assistant [Customer Service & Marketing]

The Role

As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring excellent customer service and supporting marketing activities. You’ll manage inbound customer enquiries across various platforms including our own website, Amazon, eBay, and social media, while also creating engaging product listings and visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer service enquiries across website, Amazon, eBay, and social platforms

• Resolve order, delivery, and product-related questions

• Create, edit, and publish product listings using Adobe Creative Suite

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production, management) to ensure customer satisfaction

• Handle phone enquiries and provide personalised assistance

• Develop and support marketing campaigns and new product launches

• Maintain internal systems and customer records with accuracy

• Support the continuous improvement of our customer service and marketing strategy

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re looking for a creative and customer-focused professional who is:

• Friendly, organised, and solutions-driven

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Experienced in customer service and/or marketing (2+ years preferred)

• Passionate about customer delight and creative content

• A self-starter with strong multitasking and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Eager to contribute to a growing business and help innovate processes
