As an E-Commerce Assistant – Retail, you will help drive the digital success of Thames Hospice’s online retail presence. You’ll work closely with our E-Commerce Manager and contribute to all areas of our growing online shop.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of our online retail platforms

Upload product listings with accurate descriptions and images

Monitor stock levels and help manage inventory

Respond to customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to promote seasonal campaigns

Identify opportunities for improved online engagement and sales
