Experience

5–7 years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles

Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and digital commerce strategies

Skilled in managing vendor relationships and third-party software
-
Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement

Experience in gathering requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Certifications in Product Management or Business Analysis preferred (e.g., CSPO, PMP, CBAP)

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision

Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for the e-commerce platform that aligns with company goals

Identify opportunities to enhance platform value through new features, integrations, or process improvements

Facilitate strategic planning sessions with stakeholders to define priorities

Assess and recommend platform upgrades based on business needs and vendor capabilities
Vendor Relationship Management

Act as primary contact for the e-commerce platform vendor
-
Negotiate service agreements, scope changes, and feature requests

Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues as needed
-
Stay informed on vendor roadmap and relay updates internally
Requirements Management

Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for platform configurations and customizations

Conduct gap analysis between business needs and platform capabilities

Create detailed documentation including functional specs, process flows, and business rules

Validate implemented solutions through testing and user acceptance
Platform Advocacy & Adoption

Promote platform adoption via education, training, and communication efforts

Showcase platform value through metrics, case studies, and success stories

Lead cross-functional groups to implement best practices

Project Coordination

Collaborate with IT project managers to plan and coordinate platform initiatives
