Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Services Recruiting to post open roles and fill early-career placements.

  • Partner with office leadership and staff teams to forecast hiring needs and define trainee class sizes.

  • Support the evaluation of candidates during the recruitment cycle and help organize recruitment events.

  • Design and manage local trainee rotation programs, aligning firm needs with candidate skills.

  • Act as a liaison between senior leadership, departmental managers, and Human Capital & Talent to ensure effective staffing and development.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, and privileged information.

Qualifications

  • At least four (4) years of experience in human resources or a professional services setting.

  • Preferably two (2) years in a supervisory role.

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; however, candidates with a minimum of six (6) years of HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
