Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Services Recruiting to post open roles and fill early-career placements.

Partner with office leadership and staff teams to forecast hiring needs and define trainee class sizes.

Support the evaluation of candidates during the recruitment cycle and help organize recruitment events.

Design and manage local trainee rotation programs, aligning firm needs with candidate skills.

Act as a liaison between senior leadership, departmental managers, and Human Capital & Talent to ensure effective staffing and development.

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive, proprietary, and privileged information.

Qualifications

At least four (4) years of experience in human resources or a professional services setting.

Preferably two (2) years in a supervisory role.

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred; however, candidates with a minimum of six (6) years of HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
