Responsibilities

Create engaging, age-appropriate hands-on learning activities

Maintain open, supportive communication with parents and families

Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and enhance learning outcomes
Qualifications

At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED (required)

1+ year of childcare, daycare, or preschool experience (preferred)

CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)

Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
Physical & Compliance Requirements

Must meet state and Bright Horizons health/safety requirements

Employment requires immunizations, screenings, and background checks

Position requires working on-site in an early education/preschool setting
