How You’ll Make An Impact:
In this role, you’ll be a key driver of our digital product success by:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to boost the growth and adoption of our digital experience applications.
- Setting the product vision, goals, and roadmap for future feature development.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
- Managing, grooming, and prioritizing the product backlog in partnership with our IT team.
- Communicating, collaborating, and negotiating effectively with key stakeholders, including cross-functional team leadership and various business units.
- Defining and aligning product requirements and outcomes that benefit both our customers and internal teams.
- Conducting thorough market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Acting as a key participant in enterprise-wide planning and projects.
- Developing and delivering change management activities in line with product enhancements.
What You Bring:
We’re looking for a candidate with:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development and execution.
- A proven track record of successfully building cross-functional relationships and achieving stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.
- The ability to exhibit and role model all Bio-Rad competencies at high levels.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and executing change management.
- A proven ability to lead and effectively drive necessary changes.

Compensation:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,100 to $210,600 at the time of posting. The actual compensation provided in an offer will be based on several factors that fairly and accurately impact pay, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job-permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, dependent upon the achievement of individual objectives and Company performance.
