Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per year

As we expand our ecommerce operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Ecommerce Assistant to help grow our online store and ensure our customers continue to enjoy a smooth, satisfying experience.

The Role

As an Ecommerce Assistant, you’ll support a variety of business operations from customer service and product uploads to social media content and website maintenance. You’ll play a key part in improving the customer journey and supporting warehouse processes when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer queries via email and phone

  • Offer helpful, timely responses and resolve order issues

Product Management

  • Upload new products to the website

  • Assist with basic product photography and image editing (training provided)

Social Media Management

  • Schedule posts, respond to comments, and help grow brand presence

Website Maintenance

  • Spot errors, suggest improvements, and ensure a smooth user experience

Stock Organisation

  • Assist with inventory checks and preparing fabric samples

Warehouse & Order Support

  • Help with packing orders and printing shipping labels when needed

What We’re Looking For

 A friendly and approachable personality with excellent customer service skills
 Confidence speaking on the phone and writing professionally
 Interest in ecommerce, retail, and digital customer experience
 Good computer skills (especially Excel and Microsoft Office)
 A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
 A proactive, flexible mindset and team-first attitude
