In this rewarding role, you’ll help manage online sales, support with listings, and play a key part in raising funds for people in crisis both locally and around the world.
What You’ll Do as an Ecommerce Assistant
In your role as an Ecommerce Assistant, you’ll get hands-on experience with online marketplaces like eBay and DEPOP, managing everything from photographing items to writing engaging descriptions. You’ll liaise with local shops to coordinate stock, research products for competitive pricing, and ensure orders are shipped promptly to maintain excellent customer feedback.
What Makes a Great Ecommerce Assistant
To excel in this position, you should have:

Experience in customer service or a sales-driven environment

Familiarity with online selling platforms such as eBay and DEPOP

Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, persuasive listings
