Why This Role Matters

As Ecommerce Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day management, merchandising, and optimisation of our ecommerce platforms. You’ll play a central role in improving the online customer experience, driving sales, and enhancing brand visibility across our international portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver seasonal promotions, campaigns, and product launches across multiple websites

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce Manager and Digital Team to improve website functionality and UX

  • Optimise product listings, attributes, and SEO-friendly content

  • Manage website taxonomy, categorisation, and navigation

  • Analyse and report on ecommerce performance metrics

  • Create and schedule automated email campaigns (DotDigital)

  • Support SEO and paid media efforts

  • Monitor competitor activity and identify growth opportunities

  • Use data to drive merchandising and recommendation strategies

What We’re Looking For

 Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, etc.)
 Familiarity with CMS tools and digital campaign management
 Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing tools
 Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
 Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, product, and digital teams
 Strong communication and organisation skills
 Experience in the education or B2B ecommerce sector is a plus
