Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven eCommerce Project Manager to lead key initiatives across our Amazon and Shopify sales platforms. This role involves managing projects from ideation to execution—everything from refreshing Amazon listings and launching new products to coordinating with contractors, freelancers, and advertising agencies.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and play a critical role in growing our digital presence, driving revenue, and maintaining our high brand standards across online channels.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute eCommerce projects such as new product launches, listing optimizations, or label redesigns.

Maintain and organize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

Organize ideas from team meetings and translate them into actionable steps.
Amazon & Shopify Operations

Refresh product listings, update product images, and manage product detail pages.

Oversee product listing optimizations, keyword research, A+ Content creation, and price updates.

Ensure compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and marketplace policies.
Contractor & Freelancer Coordination

Communicate clearly and professionally with external partners, designers, writers, and photographers.

Draft clear briefs and instructions for tasks such as image editing, product copywriting, or label design.

Manage advertising agency performance and hold them accountable to KPIs.
Quality Assurance

Review and verify that all work aligns with Amazon requirements and brand guidelines.

Perform detailed quality control before listings or assets go live.

Check images, descriptions, and promotional content for accuracy, formatting, and SEO effectiveness.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, ideally with Amazon Seller Central or similar platforms.

Minimum 2 years of project management experience, including planning, execution, and cross-functional team coordination.

Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace best practices, including keyword optimization, listing compliance, and content strategies.

Proficient in project management tools and remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.).

Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Experience
