Aurora Severnside School is seeking a reliable and organised Education Administrator to provide essential support across school operations. You’ll play a key role in data management, record keeping, Ofsted preparation, and general office duties—working closely with the School Business Manager and SLT.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate school records and data

Take and distribute meeting minutes

Support Ofsted preparation and compliance

Assist with various administrative tasks as required

Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements & Skills
Experience in a school office or fast-paced admin setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A*-C) including Maths and English
Confident working both independently and within a team
