You’ll help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), guide students in small groups or one-on-one, and contribute to creating a positive and safe classroom experience. Education Assistant (Immediate Hire): Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will work directly with students and teachers to ensure meaningful learning experiences for all:

Support the implementation of IEPs and classroom adaptations.

Assist students individually or in small groups with academic and behavioral development.

Create and maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment.

Respond to student needs, including during crisis situations, with professionalism.

Utilize diverse learning strategies to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications for Education Assistant (Immediate Hire)
Must-Have Qualifications:

60+ college credits OR a passing score on the Paraeducator or Paraprofessional Assessments.

Fluent English communication skills.

Authorized to work in the U.S. (Zen Educate does not offer visa sponsorship).

Experience working with children in structured settings is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:

ParaPro Certification (upskilling support may be available).

Background in behavioral therapy or as a PCA is highly desirable.

Prior experience in special education or school settings is a strong asset.
