What You’ll Do as an Education Associate
As an Education Associate, you will:

Build strong relationships with senior leaders across schools and colleges

Guide partners in embedding the Skills Builder Framework across their institutions

Deliver training sessions and workshops (virtual and in-person)

Lead planning and strategic meetings with school leadership

Inspire educators to reflect on and improve their skill-building strategies

Identify and build relationships with new partner organizations
You’ll also contribute to the development of engaging resources and curriculum content aligned with our mission.
Who We’re Looking for in an Education Associate
We’re looking for an Education Associate who:

Is a qualified teacher with experience in UK primary, secondary, SEN, or college settings

Has a deep interest in innovative educational practice and personal development

Thrives in collaborative, mission-driven environments

Has excellent communication and strategic relationship-building skills

Is comfortable leading professional training and facilitating learner workshops

Benefits for Education Associate

Salary: £32,000–£35,000 depending on experience

Start Date: Ideally 19 August 2024 (flexible)

Work Style: Remote or hybrid (London office)

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays, increasing up to 30 days

Extras: Flexi travel day for remote workers, 6 in-person team days annually in London
