About the Role
We’re seeking a people-focused, highly organised Education Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support our tuition and customer teams, and help drive continuous improvement.
This role blends customer service, team leadership, recruitment, training, and events coordination. You’ll help shape processes, nurture talent, and ensure families continue to receive the high-quality experience we’re known for.
Ideal for someone from an education, HR, customer service, or operations background looking for more autonomy, influence, and variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Leadership

Lead and support the tuition and admin team.

Manage rotas, workflows, and team performance.

Recruit, onboard, and develop staff and tutors.

Contribute to business strategy and service design.
Customer Service

Oversee the full customer journey from enquiry to enrolment.

Handle escalated concerns with empathy and clarity.

Implement quality improvements based on feedback and data.
Tutor Oversight

Recruit, interview, and onboard new tutors.

Deliver tutor training and monitor teaching quality.

Offer feedback and development support.
Events & Projects

Manage delivery of courses and seasonal events.

Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.

Track success metrics and report outcomes.
Systems & Processes

Refine internal systems for efficiency and clarity.

Update and maintain key operational policies.

Drive process improvement through technology and innovation.

Working Hours

Up to 40 hours per week.

Includes weekday evenings and Saturdays on a rota basis.

Centre hours:

Weekdays: 9:30am–8:00pm

Saturdays: 9:30am–4:45pm
