Key Responsibilities:

Manage a warm desk, building strong relationships with schools and education professionals

Source, interview, and place teaching and support staff in roles across the local area

Conduct client visits to schools, providing outstanding customer service and solutions

Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates and schools

Ensure high compliance and safeguarding standards are met at all times

Meet and exceed KPIs in a supportive, target-driven environment
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in education recruitment (agency experience required)

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

A strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for supporting schools

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
