Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a warm desk, building strong relationships with schools and education professionals

  • Source, interview, and place teaching and support staff in roles across the local area

  • Conduct client visits to schools, providing outstanding customer service and solutions

  • Develop and maintain pipelines of candidates and schools

  • Ensure high compliance and safeguarding standards are met at all times

  • Meet and exceed KPIs in a supportive, target-driven environment

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in education recruitment (agency experience required)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • A strong work ethic, resilience, and a passion for supporting schools

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills

  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
