Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and client-focused Quality Assurance Manager to oversee quality control for our large-scale prefabricated energy projects. You will lead quality assurance processes, interface directly with clients, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, has strong technical QA knowledge, and is committed to delivering exceptional service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Client Quality Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client-related quality matters

  • Manage client quality dashboards and maintain project timelines

  • Attend client meetings and ensure delivery meets quality specifications

  • Schedule inspections, audits, and deliver updates on performance metrics

  • Handle client issues promptly and professionally

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Develop and manage QA processes and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)

  • Ensure adherence to AH Integrated Management System (AH-IMS)

  • Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits

  • Monitor changes in industry regulations and ensure full compliance

Root Cause Analysis

  • Lead investigations on quality issues using methodologies like 8D

  • Identify root causes and implement corrective/preventive actions

  • Collaborate across teams to prevent recurrence of quality issues

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track and analyse quality performance metrics

  • Provide reports highlighting trends, risks, and areas of improvement

  • Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready at all times

Training & Culture

  • Deliver staff training on quality systems and best practices

  • Promote a company-wide culture of continuous quality improvement

  • Actively participate in internal training and development initiatives

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or Life Sciences

  • Proven experience in a QA role, preferably client-facing/project-based

  • Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of tools like 8D, RCA, etc.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Experience in quality management systems and industry regulations

Desirable:

  • Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQI, Six Sigma, ISO)

  • Experience in MEP systems or offsite-prefabricated solutions
