We’re seeking Certified Electricians to join our team and help drive the clean energy revolution.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Install residential solar electrical systems, including solar panels, inverters, and energy storage solutions

• Perform Main Panel Upgrades (MPUs) and troubleshoot complex electrical issues

• Ensure all electrical work complies with NEC standards and local building codes

• Collaborate with local inspectors, homeowners, and project teams

• Lead or support battery storage installs, maintenance, and service calls

• Maintain high safety standards on rooftops, attics, crawl spaces, and other environments

• Participate in exciting performance incentive programs like The League, sponsored by Nike/Carhartt

✅ Qualifications:

• Active Journeyman Electrician License or equivalent per state/local laws

• Experience with residential electrical work up to 600 VDC / 480 VAC

• Strong knowledge of solar systems, panels, inverters, and service panel upgrades

• Clean driving record; valid driver’s license required

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Committed to workplace safety and delivering an exceptional customer experience

🏋️ Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with help)

• Comfortable working on rooftops in all weather conditions

• Able to climb, kneel, bend, and operate in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces)

• Must safely wear PPE and handle chemicals

• Comfortable working at heights and walking on various roofing materials

• Ability to distinguish electrical wiring colors

💰 Compensation & Perks:

• Pay range: $31.01 to $41.35/hr (depending on experience and location)
